Class Descriptions

1. Beginner Pilates Mat

Pace: slow
Learn Pilates fundamentals in this slow-paced Pilates mat class. Movement is modified and broken down. Learn how to link mind , body and breath to your Pilates practice. Props will be used for support

2. Beginner Reformer

Level: Beginner
Pace: slow
In this class students are introduced to a wide array of exercises on the Reformer.
You’ll get a great workout while laying the foundation to progress to Intermediate level classes.
Recommended for students who are new to Pilates or returning to Pilates after an absence, as well as anyone working through and injury.

3. Reformer: Core and Cardio

Level: Intermediate (prior equipment experience is recommended)
Pace: moderate
Fun, contemporary choreography, added jump board for a cardio workout .

4. Perfect Posture Pilates (signature class)

Level: Open to Intermediate.
Pace: slow to moderate.
Open level. Perfect for clients who want to improve their posture and strengthen their core. Emphasis is put on functional exercises to work on balance and stability , core, while using variety of props such as balls, small weights, foam rollers and therabands. You will definitely leave feeling taller and longer!

5. FEEL GOOD Pilates MAT

Level: Open level
Pace: moderate
Open Level Pilates mat. Work your entire body using your own body resistance with challenging spiraling variations that will work all the major joints in the body, core, and stability. You will break a sweat with this one and leave feeling rejuvenated! Props will be used for more challenge and support.

6. Intermediate Level Mat Class

Level: Intermediate
Pace: moderate
Learn traditional pilates exercises with some fun new and challenging variations.

7. Open Level Mat Class

Level: Open level
Pace: moderate
Open level mat class will tone and balance your muscles, strengthen your joints and increase flexibility . Great for all levels. Props will be used for support and extra challenge.

8. Reformer : Strength and Stability

Level: Intermediate (prior equipment experience is recommended)
Pace: moderate
This class focuses on straightening exercises that help our balance , improve posture and stability.

9. Reformer: Jump and Sculpt

Level: Intermediate (prior equipment experience is recommended)
Pace: moderate
Focus on sculpting your arms, legs, booty and core with various fun variations. Jump board is added for a cardiovascular workout.

10. Reformer Weekend Jump- Start

Level: Open level (prior equipment experience is recommended)
Pace: moderate
Over all body workout, strengthen, stretch and tone your body and Jump because it’s Friday!

11. Mat Class :Restore /Release and Stretch

Level: Open level
Pace: slow, restorative
Increase flexibility and mobility with the foam roller and a variety of different props. Learn how to safely and correctly release the connective tissue in the body to help you move more efficiently. There is a treat at the end of every class 🙂 Promotes better sleep. Enjoy this one!!!
